IACA 2011 – Page 1 will be there! How about you?

Monday, July 25th, 2011

Page 1 Solutions is packing up and heading out to sunny San Diego for the IACA meeting this week. This is one of our favorite meetings of the year and we’re excited to catch up with clients, friends, and colleagues! Plus, we’re also looking forward to the chance to share some new website marketing strategies with attendees. A lot of this have changed in the past year on Google. Blended results, Google Places, the crack down on content farms, the importance of reviews/ratings, and most recently, testing Google +1, are just a few of the changes.

Page 1 wants to know: Has your Web marketing strategy adapted to these changes? Ask yourself these questions:

1. Have you compared your dental website to other local competitors’ websites in the last 12 months?
2. Do you know how many patients are coming from the Web?
3. Are you actively posting patient reviews and rating on your website, review sites, and social media sites?
4. Are you listed in Google Local? Have you even claimed your local business listing?
5. Are you active on social media sites like Facebook and YouTube?
6. Does your website reflect the high level of quality, service, and expertise of your practice?
7. Has an outside agency critiqued your dental website and provided recommendations to improve it within the past 12 months?
8. Have you done anything recently to make your website more “interactive,” so visitors develop a rapport with your dental practice, such as video, instant chat, and social media elements?
9. Is your practice taking advantage of the new developments in online marketing like mobile broswers, video pay-per-click, etc.?

If you can’t answer YES to these questions, visit us at the upcoming IACA meeting, booth #315, and get up to speed on all the Internet marketing changes and new strategies.

If that’s not enough, here are some more reasons to stop by:

  • Learn about our special promotions on video production, web design, and SEO, exclusively for IACA attendees.
  • We can see how your website is currently ranking with My Search Spy.
  • You can get custom video for as low as $250.00 a video.
  • Find out how you can get patient reviews and testimonials posted on your website, social media, and review sites, instantly, for under $50 a month.
  • LVI-approved niche websites (i.e. TMJ specific, Sleep Apnea specific, etc.)
  • Get a free video of you attending IACA and our booth to post on your blog, website, and social media sites.
  • And we’re fun to talk to!

Make this IACA meeting productive, and stop by our booth, #315 to see the latest in website design, video production, social media, and search engine marketing. If you’re not attending the meeting, we can still help you. Contact us today through our website, or just call us at 800-916-3886.

We hope to see you there!

Wednesday, July 13th, 2011

It’s true that traffic to websites is down due to the monster that is Facebook. However, that doesn’t mean you should stop your website efforts and solely focus on your Facebook pages. On the contrary, you should combine the two and use Facebook to drive traffic to your website.

What Do You Say Online?

Monday, July 11th, 2011

This is a great post reminding us to be careful about what we say online.  The author lists four important points to remember before you post anything online.

1. The Internet is forever.

2. Privacy controls don’t really mean anything.

3. Would Grandma approve of that?

4. Do not badmouth anyone online.
